An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Shipping and Returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Powzor and may not be reused without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage or disrupt it.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

Our products are sold for ordinary consumer use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
